The hotel is beautiful , The grounds are amazing . The only thing that lets it down is the rooms in the old part . On a warm day there unbearable . We had to leave the room early because of the heat. The matrass in our room was very uncomfortable . I felt like I was rolling off it.

The room was pet-friendly which was awesome, and the location, situated in the back garden, was perfect. However, there were quite a few goose droppings around. The staff were super helpful and very attentive, making us feel right at home. 🐾

The location was gorgeous in the area for business in Windsor. The continental breakfast was delicious for the toaster which was n't very quick, truly enjoyed it. Excellent service was provided too. We were there for 1 night, overall had a great stay.
